What is your return policy?

You have the right to return your order for any reason from the date you receive your order until 30 days after your order has been received. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund once the package is received at our warehouse, which will not include the delivery cost.

How do I return my order?

If you wish to return your order, please contact our customer service for further instructions

When can I expect a refund?

Once your returned product has arrived to our warehouse and is approved, we will issue a refund with the same payment method used during your purchase and notify you via e-mail. Thereafter you can expect to receive your refund within 15 bank days

Can I use another carrier to return my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that have not been sent with the carrier indicated on the return label received from customer service. If you have returned your order with your own choice of carrier, we will not receive the parcel to our warehouse and therefore not be able to issue a refund for your order.

Can I exchange my product for a new one?

If you wish to exchange your order, you simply return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order.
