The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Non-Violence Licensing SA, hereinafter referred to as “Non- Violence”, ”us ” or ”we”, at the Non-Violence desktop website and mobile website. By using and/or placing an order at nonviolence.com, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms & Conditions”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions before placing your order.
Only persons of legal age, 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship, can place an order at nonviolence.com.
The inclusion of any products or services on nonviolence.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms & Conditions that will apply to your order will be those on nonviolence.com at the time you place your order.
Non-Violence want to provide the best possible online experience. To make this possible we need to ensure that our services runs like a clockwork. You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the nonviolence.com site, or which impacts the security of the site, or (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these Terms and Conditions.
Prices and delivery charges
From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
For all countries outside Sweden, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. The estimated freight cost is added in the check-out. However, other local duties and/or customs may occur for all countries.
We offer free shipping in Sweden.
Product prices displayed for countries within EU includes VAT. Product prices displayed for countries outside EU are exclusive of all local taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes that may be levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
The delivery charge for each order may vary based on the size and weight of your order. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there may be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process.
Ordering/conclusion of contract
Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will
let you know at our earliest convenience. If we have already received payment for such order, we will refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you via email to settle the refund.
Non-Violence exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavor to deliver your order in accordance with your selected delivery option.
Non-Violence endeavors to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the estimated delivery timelines. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact Non-Violence Customer Service within 30 days. After this period of time, we are not able to claim any lost orders.
Withdrawal of order
Once an order has been successfully placed, Non-Violence can not issue changes or cancellations on this order. Once you have received your unwanted order, please return this back to our warehouse in accordance with section 7 (Returns) for a full refund.
You have the right to return your order for any reason from the date you receive your order until 30 days post receival date. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund once package is received at our warehouse, which will not include the delivery cost.
If you wish to return your order, please contact our Customer Service for further instructions. Note that the return shipping cost will be carried by you.
Please note that Non-Violence cannot accept returns that have not been sent according to the received instructions by our Customer Service. If you have sent your order for return with your own choice of carrier, we will not receive the parcel to our warehouse nor be able to give you a refund on your order. Please also note that Non-Violence will not be responsible for any lost packages when the order has not been sent according to the above mentioned instructions.
Non-Violence guarantees a refund for any returned items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or used and that any labels or tags should be intact.
We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment as soon as possible and at the latest within 15 days of approving your returned goods in our warehouse. If the item you have received is defective, please notify Non-Violence promptly and return the item in the same way as stated above. Non-Violence will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund, including the costs of delivery and return.
The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights. In the event of an error in connection with any products or services displayed through nonviolence.com (including typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability), Non-Violence reserves the right to cancel any order prior to the time it is delivered to you.
We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and other local payment providers shown on the website.
When paying with credit/debit card, the applicable amount will immediately be charged on your card. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/ debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Non-Violence, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
You are obliged to submit a correct email address and to inform Non-Violence if your email address changes. Please note that Non-Violence reserves the right to send payment requests to your email address.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit Non-Violence’s liability with regard to any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.
We do not seek to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents. If we breach these Terms & Conditions, we shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such breach. Non-Violence is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, epidemic, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and/or terrorist activity.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on nonviolence.com shall be limited to the total price of your order.
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.
If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, Non-Violence abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay by contacting Customer Service.
Non-Violence reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claims for payment which have arisen in connection with the delivery of goods.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.
All portrait images of ambassadors or others found on this website with no notation or credit to the rightful photographer (Photo: Name) are considered to be in the “public domain” until we have localized the photographer and requested permission for publishing.
We do not intend to infringe any legitimate intellectual right, artistic rights or copyright. If you are the rightful owner of any of the pictures posted here, and you do not want it to be displayed or if you require a suitable credit, then please contact us and we will immediately do whatever is needed either for the image to be removed or provide credit where it is due.
