Shipping and Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

Today we offer shipping to all countries inside EU and EEA, as well as Great Britain, Switzerland, and USA.

Which delivery services do you offer?

For countries outside of Sweden, we offer deliveries with DHL Express where you can choose between home delivery and delivery pick-up point. You will get a notification of your desired delivery method from DHL when your parcel is ready for delivery.

For Sweden, we offer deliveries with PostNord who will notify you when your parcel is ready for delivery.

How much does the delivery cost?

For countries outside of Sweden, the delivery cost is based on your geographical location and will be displayed in the checkout. For customers in Sweden, we offer free shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time is 1-2 weeks depending on your geographical location. Note that the delivery time may be affected by local holidays.

How can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your order. If you have not received this email, you can check your spam filter to see if the email has accidentally ended up there. If you cannot find your shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you further.

I did not receive my order, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service team within 30 days from the date the order was placed.

Where do you ship your products from?

The sculptures are shipped from our warehouse in Täby, Sweden.
