SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Today we offer shipping to all countries inside EU and EEA, as well as Great Britain, Switzerland, and USA.

For countries outside of Sweden, we offer deliveries with DHL Express where you can choose between home delivery and delivery pick-up point. You will get a notification of your desired delivery method from DHL when your parcel is ready for delivery.

For Sweden, we offer deliveries with PostNord who will notify you when your parcel is ready for delivery.

The delivery cost is based on your geographical location and the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout. Shipping of sculptures to Sweden is free.

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your order.

Some items may ship from different warehouses – if this happens, you will receive separate shipping notifications.

If you have not received this email, you can check your spam filter to see if the email has accidentally ended up there. If you cannot find your shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you further.

If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service team within 30 days from the date the order was placed.

The sculptures are shipped from our warehouse in Täby, Sweden.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

You have the right to return your order for any reason from the date you receive your order until 30 days after your order has been received. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund once the package is received at our warehouse, which will not include the delivery cost.

If you wish to return your order, please contact our customer service for further instructions.

Once your returned product has arrived to our warehouse and is approved, we will issue a refund with the same payment method used during your purchase and notify you via e-mail. Thereafter you can expect to receive your refund within 15 bank days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that have not been sent with the carrier indicated on the return label received from customer service. If you have returned your order with your own choice of carrier, we will not receive the parcel to our warehouse and therefore not be able to issue a refund for your order.

If you wish to exchange your order, you simply return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order.

ORDERS

Once your order has been successfully placed, we cannot issue changes or cancellations on your order. Once you have received your unwanted order, please return this back to our warehouse in accordance with our return policy in our Terms & Conditions for a refund.

We are sorry that you have received a faulty order, this is never our intention. Please contact our customer service and we will assist you further.

PAYMENT

We offer Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Paypal, Apple Pay and Klarna for the majority of countries. The local payment methods we offer are presented in the checkout.

All countries are charged in local currency based on your geographical location. Please note that if you do not see prices in your accurate local currency, you can change your country in the address field in the check-out and the price will automatically be updated.

If you receive the notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider.

Possible reasons for declined payments are invalid payment method, incorrect billing details or bank issues. We advise you to try another card/payment method or contact your bank.

We can only accept payments via 3D Secure (Verified by VISA/Mastercard SecureCode). This payment method is 100% secure and guarantees that the person using the card is the cardholder, by putting the customer in direct contact with the bank to verify their purchase. If you have any questions regarding 3D Secure, please contact your bank.

When ordering from within the EU, all additional charges such as VAT/tax and duties are included in the given price.

When ordering from countries outside the EU, all prices exclude VAT/tax and duties. Price also excludes costs for physical inspection at customs in countries where this is required. Please note that we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much tax and duties you will pay to your country as this is regulated by the respective country. Your local customs office should be able to estimate the price of the import fees.
